Children are the future of a nation, and have the right to Education, Health, and Growth. Poverty has many roots and one of the global causes to poverty is the lack of education. Access to education is the most sustainable way for fighting poverty, even though most of the people lacking in education do not live-in extreme poverty, but most people living in extreme poverty do lack education. Teenage pregnancy remains a challenge requiring urgent resolution, Because of the consequences of teen pregnancy for young women, families, and states, helping young people prevent such pregnancies can improve economic opportunity and lead to significant public economic development.

Our programs, structured to support the recruitment and retention of participants in workforce programs designed as interventions will help reduce poverty and improve economic mobility to prevent childhood hunger. Our Afterschool Programs help keep kids safe, providing them with homework support and dynamic learning time, while helping underprivileged families. Doves of America’s curriculum is focused on Language Arts, Mathematics, and STEM, along with Youth Development. Parents have seen improvements in their children’s behavior, school attendance, and school performance when they participate in afterschool programs. Expanded Learning Programs are one way Doves of America is partnering with schools and communities to close the achievement gap.
